Our high speed, gentle tomato grading line is specifically designed for tomatoes. It can very gently size and color sort romas, fully ripened tomatoes and even tomatoes that require repacking. The system has several proprietary transitions and gentle handling features incorporated into it's design to prevent bruising or scarring during the entire grading and pack-off process. Our system is also equipped with an industry leading vision sorting system by a company called Ellips, that is widely considered the best vision system for fruits and vegetables in the world. Even competitive packing technology companies with their own proprietary sorting systems are switching over to Ellips due to their industry leading capabilities. The Ellips system analyzes **0% of the fruit's surface to make sizing decisions that are accurate to within .*2" and color decisions that are made by scrutinizing color shades and blush in 1% increments (optional upgrade of defect sorting is also available). As a result, you can be very confident that our system will maximize your ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing packs that will give you measurable competitive advantages. Our standard systems also include a quality selection table and tomato washer and dryer (with our optional, but highly recommended organic preventative food safety treatment technology). We have systems that range from **8 lanes and can customize the number and orientation of the pack-off exits to meet your production and layout requirements.
